Thank you for using 7Desk. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our Service.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as described
- Technical issues preventing use of the Service that cannot be resolved
- Duplicate billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
Non-Refundable Situations
Generally, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests made after the specified time period
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@reliabuilds.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Note that depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you may do so at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no further charges will be applied. Subscription cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds for the current billing period.
